Somewhat a belated Food Friday . . . had a lovely Christmas dinner at my in-laws last night. Started off with the appetizers below. The salmon and caviar is traditional Norwegian fare as is the kransekake above. For those who aren’t familiar, kransekake is a traditional celebration cake in Norway. We had a fabulously large one for our wedding.
